Are your pieces made to order?
How should I care for my Fluidwavy piece?
General Care
Taking proper care of your jewelry will keep it shining brightly for a long time. Polish with a clean microfiber cloth and store in the provided pouch. It is best to avoid contact with salt or chlorinated water, perfumes and lotions as these can dull your jewelry’s shine. If in doubt, remove your jewelry before any activity that may cause damage. The bag provided also serves as a polishing cloth.
14K Gold Filled
Gold filled jewerly is hypoallergenic and more durable than gold plated pieces due to the higher content of gold. This being said, you should still polish your jewelry with a microfiber cleaning cloth to keep its original shine.
Sterling Silver
Similar to our gold filled pieces, Sterling Silver is also hypoallergenic. Polish our jewelry with a microfiber cleaning cloth to keep its original shine.
Pearls
Although our freshwater pearls come from the ocean, you should avoid water sports, salt or chlorinated water. Do not wash your pearl with strong liquid cleaners, this can dull your pearls. Lightly clean your pearl with a microfiber cloth.
What is your repair policy?

We offer a six-month warranty from the date of receipt on all pieces. Repairs on damages from issues with manufacturing and within the warranty period are complementary. Pieces must be unaltered or modified by a third party. If your purchase exceeds our six month repair warranty or has damage as a result of wear and tear, we can make repairs for a fee.
Repairs can take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete and you’ll receive tracking details once your piece has been completed and is ready to ship.
Shipping & Returns
Return/Exchange policy
We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and be sent in its original packaging. Your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, we do not offer monetary refunds. The store credit can be used on any items in our online store and will not expire. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Custom orders cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable exchange or return requests, such as items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Canada and to the United States. International rates apply.
Am I responsible for customs/duty fees on my order?
Yes, depending on the destination country, you may be responsible for paying customs fees. These fees are determined by the government of the country where your package is being delivered and are not within our control. They are usually based on the value of the items in your order, as well as any applicable import duties or taxes.
Packages going through customs may incur additional fees if your country's import/export laws change. In some cases, the shipping carrier or customs authorities may notify you of any extra charges due upon delivery.
If you choose to refuse payment of the customs fees, your package may be returned to us, and you could be liable for additional charges, including return shipping costs. We recommend reaching out to us before refusing delivery. Please note that if the package is returned, you will not receive a refund for any customs duties or fees. By law, we cannot adjust the order value on commercial invoices and must follow all international import/export regulations.
